Comments: Health appears average. Growing in high impact urban streetscape environment. Some nearby specimens are in poor health. This specimen is the largest of seven currently present, planted in a long row. Has lost 1 major trunk and another may fail very soon due to rot at the root flare. Trunk circumference was measured 2' above ground line due to multiple leaders.

In right-of-way along Prince William Street, between West St. and Battle St.
