Comments: Health appears average. Growing in high impact urban streetscape environment. Some nearby specimens are in poor health. This specimen is the largest of seven currently present, planted in a long row. Has lost 1 major trunk and another may fail very soon due to rot at the root flare. Trunk circumference was measured 2' above ground line due to multiple leaders.

Directions: In narrow public right-of-way between street and parking lot (private property). From I-66, take the Rte. 28 South exit to Manassas. Stay on Rte. 28 (becoming Church St.) into "Old Town". Take a left onto Main Street, go 3 blocks to intersection with Prince William Street. Turn right and the Amur Maples are on the right starting the 2nd block. In right-of-way along Prince William Street, between West St. and Battle St.
