Comments:
2023 comments: Tree appears healthy and sound with an excellent form. Field measurement of height with clinometer was 130'. Given the height and width of the crown, as well as the forest setting, it was difficult to measure the height in the field. A Lidar scan in 2019 by the U.S. Geological Survey indicated height at 116'. Allowing for 1' of height growth over the recent years, the decision was made to set the height at 117'
2015 comments: The tree appears very healthy and sound. No dead wood evident. It is a particularly well formed and attractive tree. Measured in 2015 by Byron Carmean, Gary Williamson, and Mike Rasnake. Circumference: 253", Height: 132', Crown: 118', Points: 415.
