Comments: The tree appears very healthy and was in full bloom on December 15th of 2007. It should be in a protected area. Originally measured by Carmean/Williamson. (February 2017: The tree seems healthy, has new growth on the top though height measurement was the same as last time. Sheltered location against the wall and beside large magnolia is helpful. Measurement is the largest of three trunks. It was leaning at about 50 degree angle and had a bulge from an old branch at 4.5 ft along the trunk axis, so we measured at 40 inches along the trunk axis.)
