Comments:
2023 update: The tree had heavy pruning, but is recovering well. A small crack between the two main trunks has the owner considering a cable or brace rod.
2019 update: Examination of Google Street View revealed that the tree suffered a severe height loss around 2014. Whether it was cut down or blown down is not known.
2012 update: The home is one of the oldest in the area, and was obviously built so as to receive shade from the tree at least 100 years ago. Owner noted that two large limbs have fallen as a result of previous storm damage. Last measured by Woodson, Armes, Brockwell at 244", 97', 72', 359 points.
