Comments: 2023 Comments: Composite trunk measurement of 46". This measurement is comprised of the 5 largest stems measured at 4.5' above ground, which were 24", 23", 19", 18", and 18" in girth. 2019 Comments: Declared national champion in 2016, but was dethroned in 2019 because measurements have not been updated within the last 10 years. 2008 Comments: The tree appears healthy and safe in its streamside location. It is part of a very large clump. Circumference of the largest stem was measured and crown spread of the entire clump. Trunk circumference 29 in, height 44 ft, crown 47 ft, 85 points.
