Comments:
2026 comments: Tree is in good condition and should be safe from harm at this location. Trunk has a moderate lean, but seems structurally stable. Trunk girth measured at 4.2' along the trunk axis, below the abnormal swell from a lateral branch. Height may have been overestimated previously because there were no indications of top damage or decline, although the tree have leaned over further since 2008.
2008 comments: The tree appears healthy and is safe from destruction by the owner. Previously measured by Byron Carmean and Gary Williamson at 62" circumference, 49' height, 39' crown spread, and 121 points.
