Comments:
Uncertain of exact date of original nomination as it was undated. Possibly 1994. Measurements at that time were 76", 63', 51', 152 points. Measured in 2004 and 2006 by Dana Malone. This tree had multiple leaders at one time and the central one was removed several years ago. Trunk circumference measured 14" above ground line in 2016 and height measured with laser hypsometer.
