2019 comments: The tree is in decline and has a lot of branches in the crown. The main leader was dead and there was a large amount of dead foliage present. This greatly decreased the tree's overall score. The trunk circumference was measured at 3.5 feet above ground to adjust for a branch union. Tree height was taken to the highest live tissue present.
