Comments: The tree appeared in decent shape. It has some dead limbs and dieback in the crown. Trunk circumference was measured at 1.8 feet above the ground due to low scaffold branches.

Tree was previously measured at 152", 68', 85' and 241 points in 2011 by Chris Lewis.
