Comments: The tree is in fair condition and is well cared for. The canopy has some dead upper branches. Diameter of largest stem was taken 3ft. above ground due to branching.
Tree was previously measured in 2011 by Byron Carmean, Jeff Kirwan and Gary Williamson at 9", 16', 10', 28 points.
