2022 update: Tall, graceful tree with three upward sweeping branches. One of several large specimens in this stand. Crown spread estimated from 2017 LiDAR is slightly larger than ground-based measurements, which were more conservative.
2012 update: This tree was discovered when excursion was made to find a former champ at the same location, which was deseased. Two new trees were found at that time--this one and a smaller one. Measured by Landon Webb and Brittney Chitwood. Circumference 125", height 114', crown spread 57'. Total of 253 points.
