2024 comments: Trunk circumference measured at 1.5 feet above ground due to trunk abnormality.
2014 comments: Tree is in excellent condition. Tree is visible from alley. The house on the lot was built in 1932 and homeowner has been in the house for 45 years. For as long as she can remember, the tree has always been big enough to be known as the climbing tree by the neighborhood kids; of course all parents needed to give permission before they were allowed to climb this tree. Measured in 2014 by Peter Girardi at 117" trunk, 27' height, 48' crown, 156 points.
