2024 comments: Tree continues to thrive. Understory around tree is thick with invasive plants, but this tree rises well above the surrounding canopy. Should be secure barring extreme storms or Dutch elm disease.
2015 comments: The tree appears healthy and sound. Its location on the edge of a ravine should be safe from development. Measured in 2015 by Byron Carmean, Gary Williamson, John Bunch and Charles Gardner at 199" trunk, 114' height, 104' crown, 339 points.
