2016 Notes: The tree is a very healthy, multi-trunk tree. One trunk cut.
2026 Notes: The tree is in slow decline. Two of the four large leaders have been removed near ground level in recent years due to conflicts with adjacent power lines. The two remaining leaders fork just above the four foot mark. Trunk measured at 2' which is the narrowest girth between ground line and fork in trunk.
