2025 comments: The tree remains healthy and sound. Composite trunk circumference of 162" calculated from the three stems, which was the measurement used in calculating the final score. Using a view of the tree from the south side and going from left to right, the individual stem circumferences were 83" at 5.5', 112" at 5.6', and 83" at 6'. Trunk measurement below fork at 1.8' above ground level was 161".
2017 comments: Large multi-trunk specimen, but appears to be a single measurable trunk. Healthy and well cared for in private back yard in highly populated urban neighborhood. Tree canopy overhangs high wall bordering on large shopping center. Trunk circumference was measured at 1'6" above ground - the smallest girth just below first split in multiple trunks. The measurements conducted by Greg Zell and Rod Simmons were 158", 76', and 63' for a score of 250 points.
