This tree appears quite healthy, but has a large gall on its trunk. It is open grown and much more wide than tall. This tree is the centerpiece of the Bloom Apartment Complex at the end of the parking area. Trunk circumference was measured at 2' above ground since it was the smallest circumference below the gall (see photo).
