Comments:
The crown is somewhat sparse. Otherwise, the tree does not appear to be showing signs of stress. Another tree slightly smaller in diameter and height is located about 50 yards away.
The tree is leaning strongly uphill so the height measurements were taken conservatively to compensate for any angle that may cause an overestimation of height.

The tree will be located just off the right side of the ridge's crest.
