2024 comments: Tree appears very healthy with no visible dead limbs. Single stem tree with three stems starting 4 ft. above ground level. Trunk measured at 4' to avoid flare into multi-stems. Height was measured in two segments: first measurement was from Wycliffe Ave from top of tree to top of hedge, in front of tree. Second measurement was from top of hedge to ground level.
