2024 comments: Tree is very healthy, even crown spread, and decent leader distribution. No pests or diseases present, nor any visible decay. Tree is on level ground. Trunk measured at narrowest girth between ground line and 4.5' above ground level to avoid taper of branches and root flare. The crown spread was taken digitally, four different measurements, took the average of the four.
