2025 comments: This tree is an incredible example of its species. It grows in a ravine between hay fields and should remain safe. Trunk circumference was measured at 3 feet above ground level at narrowest girth between the root collar and the divergence of the multiple stems. The height was measured at 200 feet away via clinometer and verified with USGS Lidar.
