Comments: Reported dead by Byron Carman in August 2022. Several other trees growing at same location were dead. Perhaps caused by fluctuation of water level in this swampy area.
Became state co-champ in 2019 when former state and national champ in Southampton County died.
Was reported as 256 points in 2004, which was probably incorrect measurements.
