Comments:
2025 comments: Tree of moderate vitality, leaning sideways with a majority of its canopy in epicormic growth. There are strong columns of reaction wood along the main trunk. Trunk circumference was measured 4.5' along the stem, perpendicular to the angle of the lean.
2015 comments: Tree appears in good health and displays unusual growth pattern in trunk. No known historical significance or immediate threats to tree. It grows in a private back yard, not visible from the public street. Permission to view required. Measurements by Greg Zell in 2015 were 178" trunk, 65' height, and 51' crown for a total of 256 points.
