Comments: The tree's health is deteriorating with a fair amount of decay in the base of the stems. It is challenged by a privet that has been allowed to grow next to it since the last certification. Dr. Wiseman advised that the circumference be measured at ground level. The current owner appears to be the son of the previous owner. I did not try to contact him, and just have the mailing address from the Gloucester County Tax Records.
