2024 comments: Tree has suffered some storm damage in the past few years. A large portion of the crown was lost on the southeast side. Trunk measured 30" above root collar at narrowest girth between ground and 4.5' above ground.
2019 comments: Recognized as national champion in 2019.
2014 comments: Trunk circumference measured ~30" above root collar because swell of scaffold branch was present at 4.5'. Measured by Lane Dellinger, Kevin Sigmon, and Eric Wiseman at 224", 90', 110', 342 points.
2009 comments: Measured in 2009 by Carmean and Williamson at 226" circumference, 90' height, 117' crown, and totaling 345 points.
