2024 comments: For many years, this tree could not be recertified because there were no historical records, photos, or contact information for owner. And GPS coordinates did not align with a Roanoke address. The address was rediscovered by Roanoke Tree Stewards. This tree appears to be robust and has cones in the crown. The owner was advised to mitigate the English Ivy starting to grow up the stem.
2009 comments: Tree healthy and sound, with co-champ on the same property. Measured by Joshua Willis at 66", 67', 48', 145 points.
