Comments: Tree looks in decent shape. It has some fungus on the bark about 15 feet up the stem. Circumference was measured at 4.5 feet above the ground at the midslope position.

Tree was previously measured at 30", 56', 19' and 91 points in 2010 by Byron Carmean, Gary Williamson, and Jeff Kirwan.
