Comments: Tree generally appears in good health. However, it has a slight lean, large crown, and there are signs of decay at the base along the seam where two stems appear to have grown together. Trunk measured at 3.7' above ground due to low branch.

2020 update: Tree fell over in August 2020 after failure of the trunk near ground line where the trunk had extensive internal decay. Owner reported that the tree "was very courteous in its final act, and it didn't hit anything important on its way down."
