Comments: Tree appears to be healthy and is in good condition, but has a few dead lower branches. It Was producing fruit when measured. Was most likely planted in the 1990’s when that section of the neighborhood was being built, as a street tree. Neighborhood cleanup is a small threat since portions of its crown extend two yards and it is close to the road and sidewalk.
