Comments: The tree was in good condition and was growing in a large area of open space. 2018: The tree is in serious decline. Approximately one half of the crown has died. There is another Oneseed hawthorn tree approximately the same size and healthy about 200 ft away inside the park. The trunk has a rugged appearance with many knobs and irregularities,measured at 3.5 ft to avoid a knob and division into three stems.
