Comments: The tree appears very healthy and shows no signs of dieback.
2019 update: Inspection of Google Street View dated May 2018 showed that the tree had recently split in half and was lying awkwardly on the lawn and out into the street right-of-way. Presumably cut down by the owner shortly thereafter.
